Department and project

This position is filled in the Tolling services team of Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary. The team consists of IT professionals working on electronic roadcharging solutions. Together with our partners, we are developing and operatin intelligent electroni, kilometer based tolling solutions  for our international customers, including full coverage of business flows (vehicle registrations, country booking, providing On-Board-Units, position sending, charge calculation, billing for fleets) . We use digital intelligence for a smart service that connects Europe. Using sophisticated technology and our toll box, we are creating a new age of seamless mobility. Our aims is to further develop the currently available services and extend it to further domains. Together with the T-Systems International team members, you will join an international team supporting our customers by providing tolling solutions.

Main tasks

As a Windows Server and Active Directory Administrator, you will:

• Manage the used Microsoft Services, mainly Active Directory, Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Support business teams in the areas of identity and access management, security in the cloud and setting up cloud-based infrastructure.
• Implement infrastructure services in a Scrum team according to typical Infrastructure as Code principles for our cloud tolling environments within AWS.
• Like it to dig deep into complex requirements and develop fully integrated solution scenarios within our global hybrid infrastructure of our customers.
• Be part of our cross-functional teams that will take full operational responsibility for the services that you own.
• Provide on-call support for production environments, responding to incidents to ensure rapid recovery and minimal downtime.
• You feel comfortable working in an international self-organized team in an agile organization and you would like to grow with us personally.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve DevOps processes and infrastructure..

Background and required skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience in IT.
• At least 3 years' experience with Windows Active Directory configuration and optimization and Windows Server administration
• Enhanced knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, processes, and technologies
• Strong commitment in DevOps, cloud infrastructure engineering, or similar role.
• Experience in infrastructure as code (terraform/terragrunt) or scripting skills.
• Familiarity with Container Build-/Deployment Tools, CI/CD Solutions (Jenkins, Gitlab CI (Continuous Integration), Artifactory) and container orchestration with Kubernetes, EKS.
• Knowledge of network concepts and security solutions
• Understanding of authorization/authentication protocols (SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth) and integration with Keycloak is a plus.
• Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and balance priorities.
• Know the frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Agile in general and in practice
• You speak and write in English fluently.
