Warehouse Coordinator Szeged

• Manages warehouse inventory and maintains database.
• Coordinates and schedules the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of products.
• Implements daily shipping plan, arranging for excess stock to be stored in warehouse.
• Manages daily flow of products by modifying storage space assignments.
• Confirms availability of items to be shipped by verifying inventory records or conducting inventories of required items.
• Identifies and reports slow-moving product and with approval, arranges for the removal of the product.
• Directs forklift drivers to store goods in identified areas.
• Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of finished product as needed.
• Operates forklift truck as needed.
• Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports. 
• May be accountable for other tasks and activities as required, ordered by the direct manager / department director / general manager, in accordance with the limits provided by the legislation in force, his competences, abilities, skills and professional training.

• High school, bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• English and computer skills (MS Office – word, excel, outlook). 
• At least two years of work experience in a warehouse required.
• Availability for a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30, on-site (Company Warehouse - 6726, Szeged, Külterület 2).
• Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license for forklift truck is an advantage.

• Organized, highly proactive personality in managing own tasks and in handling multiple priorities with good attention to details. 
• Ability and willingness to work independently and take initiative and responsibility. 
• High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality. 
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
