Technical Sales Manager Sweet and Food Supplements

Job requirements and objectives for the role:

• Promoting and development of specialty food products in the sweet food sector and nutraceuticals
• Working with Key suppliers and customers
• Growth plan and execution
• Regular visits and projects reporting and updates on the developments towards the stake holders
• Travel and customers visit at place

• Develop Country strategy and Action plans together with the Segment Leaders for the product range to achieve market share, sales and GP targets
• Achieve commitment and to appropriately resource and execute the strategy
• Ensure the best possible flow of information between Brenntag, Customers and Supplier(s)
• Promote Brenntag's image in its targeted Industries in the area of responsibility
• Contact person & Coordination within the Brenntag organization (TSM EMEA, FI&AC, Production, Regulatory, Procurement to support sales activities according to EMEA FS Strategy.
• Business tracking based on the Product Manager point (aftersales tracking, contracts, working capital, etc.)
• Strategic link in between of all parties to coordinate all activities
• Link to all Food Solutions production sides across EMEA region.
• Develop and implement regional strategy for selected product groups.
• Purchase products from a selected and negotiated supplier portfolio
• Coordinate selling through all channels (forecast/budget focus)
• Ensure availability of required product range/portfolio to drive industry strategies
• Manage relations with existing suppliers
• Negotiate frame contract (all commercial conditions) with supplier

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the sector of Food (Confectionary and bakery) and Food supplements industry
• Fluent in English – advanced level
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of social and emotion intelligence
• University education - Food technology, Biochemistry or Chemistry will be advantage
• Driving license
• Excellent command of MS office, visit reports platforms
• Experience with SAP and Sales force as advantage
