Spa Shift Manager

As a key player in our expansion, you will oversee the daily operations of our spa, ensuring it runs smoothly while managing administrative functions and spearheading the development of all the department.

• In this pivotal role, you will lead and inspire our team, providing guidance and continuous oversight to maintain a high standard of service.
• Your responsibilities will include optimising work processes, supporting reception operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience that upholds our commitment to quality.
• To thrive in this position, we seek an individual with a strong background in operation, business development, strategic planning combined with a dedication to delivering outstanding customer care.
• Your keen eye for detail will be instrumental in supervising the cleaning staff, overseeing household maintenance and coordinating the efforts of our front office team.

• Min. 5 years of management experience in hospitality/spa/hotel.
• Advanced English skills is a must
• Flexible working hours (also on weekends and in the evening)
• Great communication with clients
• Ability to manage, leadership skills
• Creative mindset and a drive to implement long term goals
• Spa / Hotel / Beauty / Restaurant / with a high end brand and service experience is a big plus and advantage
• User-level computer skills
• Well-groomed, friendly, willing and guest-oriented performance
• Energetic personality and team spirit
