For our Pfizer office in Hungary we are looking for a Quality Operations Manager/ GDP Responsible Person (Location Budaörs, fixed term period of 2 years)

 

This is what you can look forward to:

The Quality Operations Manager/ GDP Responsible Person is responsible for an appropriate and sustainable quality system at the Hungarian Pfizer wholesaler distributor warehouse and office to achieve compliance with Pfizer and national requirements and to support the business operations. The position is a member of the Hungarian Quality Operations team and reports to the Cluster Lead. The key stakeholders of the position include the departments Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance and Commercial Operations.

 

As Quality Operations Manager/ GDP Responsible Person your tasks will be:

  • Implementation and maintenance of the GDP quality system and culture
  • Performing local product disposition
  • Resolution of product quality compliance issues incl. deviations and complaints
  • Management of changes
  • Qualification of customers, vendor quality management
  • Drug shortage reporting
  • Preparation for and attendance of inspection, internal audit and self-inspection

 

Work Location Assignment: Hybrid

Qualifications:

  • Eligibility for Responsible Person role; pharmacist degree with at least 1 year experience at a wholesale distributor in quality assurance of medicinal products
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Logical, structured way of thinking, accurate and thorough work
  • Organizational skills, completing various tasks on time
  • Can-do attitude, self-motivated, proactive and comfortable with working independently
  • Commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement
  • Able to work effectively in cross-functional team and collaborate
  • Diplomatic in communication with internal and external customers
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Fluency (written and verbal) in Hungarian and English
