• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Java and modern frameworks like Spring Boot and Micronaut.

Professional Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc. or comparable in Computer Science or relevant professional experience.
• Experience: Proven experience in backend development using Java and microservices frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Micronaut).
• Databases: Proficiency with relational (Postgres, MySQL) and non-relational (Redis) databases.
• Containerization: Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms, especially AWS ECS.
• Messaging Systems: Familiarity with Kafka or similar messaging systems for distributed communication.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working with agile development practices like Scrum or Kanban. Experience with SAFe is a plus.
• Software Best Practices: Strong understanding of writing clean, maintainable code and unit testing.
