Responsibilities

  • Drive Agile Process Improvement
  • Lead the organization and facilitation of Scrum and scaled agile processes, continuously optimizing practices within and across teams to boost efficiency and collaboration.
  • Coach & Support Product Owners
     

Provide guidance, tools, and methodologies to ensure Product Backlogs are well-structured and prioritized to maximize business value.

  • Enable Team Success
     

Act as a "Servant Leader" by removing obstacles and empowering teams to self-organize, stay focused, and achieve their goals.

  • Promote Continuous Improvement
     

Foster the personal and professional growth of team members while promoting the evolution of agile practices across the organization.

  • Collaborate Across Teams
     

Work with other Scrum Masters to refine and professionalize agile methodologies, embedding agile values at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • Experience in Agile Methodologies
     

Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, with deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, or similar).

  • Facilitation Skills
     

Strong capability to facilitate workshops, meetings, and ceremonies, ensuring a culture of collaboration, self-organization, and transparency.

  • Coaching & Mentorship Expertise
     

Expertise in coaching teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on agile principles, frameworks, and practices to improve their ability to deliver value.

  • Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution
     

Ability to identify and remove impediments, resolve conflicts, and handle team dynamics to keep projects on track.

  • Excellent Communication Skills
     

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Analytical & Organizational Skills
     

Ability to analyze team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and prioritize work effectively.

  • Agile Certifications (Preferred)
     

Relevant certifications, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM), are a plus.
