Senior Project Manager / Account Manager – Automotive & Industry Construction

Your tasks:

• Overall economic responsibility for the respective project including ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines and quality targets.
• Leading of complex and challenging construction projects in the automotive sector from the planning phase, through tendering, to the implementation phase.
• Agile project management across all project stages and performance phases.
• Preparation of feasibility studies and economic analyses.
• Advising our customers from the initial analysis, through planning and implementation to acceptance, including commissioning.
• Professional leading of colleagues cooperating on the project and their further development.
• Acting as key contact person and providing professional advisory to our customers.
• Strongly support in the acquisition process of new projects.
• Expanding our existing network in the construction industry, including acquiring new customers, negotiating and preparing offers and processing supplements.
• Integration of our digital project management by using our digital tools.
• Facilitation of workshops with production managers, construction departments, building and plant designer and executing companies.
• Active control of deadlines, costs and quality as well as ensuring the implementation of client´s requirements.
• Use of synergy effects from personal experience, network and best practices for continuous process optimization.

• Degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification.
• At least 6-8 years of professional experience in construction project management, mainly within automotive and industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of the LM.VM. performance profile for project control and project management is an advantage.
• Good handling and willingness to learn with IT tools such as MS Project, cost control tools, reporting tools, etc. Experience in process consulting is an advantage.
• Existing network in the construction and automotive industry as well as skills and persuasiveness in interacting with different project participants.
• Fluent in Hungarian, English and German language.
• Willingness to travel locally and abroad.
