Senior Accounts Payable Accountant!

Our new Senior Accounts Payable Accountant colleague will be responsible for incoming (vendor) invoice processing, workflow monitoring and actions, vendor account monitoring and reconciliation, other accounts payable related tasks such as but not limited to: process documentation.

IF YOU JOIN OUR SUPPORTIVE AP TEAM, YOU MAY HAVE THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Incoming(vendor)invoicecontrolaccordingtotheactualregulatoryrequirement;
• Workflowmonitoring andactions,includingopenitemscheckingandclearing;
• Vendor accounts reconciliation;
• Controllingand postingadvanceinvoices,compensationsandassignedpayments;
• Period-end related: GR/IR account reconciliation and clearing, accruals calculation and posting, vendor account reconciliation,otherperiod-endrelatedtasksaspertheclosingplan;
• Monitor,assessandproposeprocessadjustmentsincaseofregulatorychanges;
• Continuous improvement projects initiation and completion

YOU ARE BEST EQUIPPED FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

• Minimumsecondaryschoolgraduation
• 3-5yearsworkingexperience,preferablyinthefieldofaccounting/accounts payable
• Fluent English OR Slovak/Czech knowledge
• User-levelcomputerskills
• Customer- and service-oriented mindset
• SAPknowledgeand intermediate Hungarian language skills are more than welcome!
