Sales Manager

• Drive B2B car rental sales by identifying and acquiring new corporate clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing business customers.
• Provide expert advice to clients on vehicle options and fleet management solutions.
• Collaborate with the CEO and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of market demands.
• Manage rental agreements, invoicing, and after-sales support.
• Help shape the overall strategy for the company’s new B2B car rental activity.

• Fluent, negotiation level English and German language skills.
• Experience in the car rental industry, particularly in B2B sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Nice and enthusiastic personality, empathy, gentleness, accuracy.
• Strong understanding of corporate mobility needs and fleet management.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with a team.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
