Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual who is passionate about building exceptional client relationships and driving sales performance to new heights. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales strategy, enhancing revenue, and strengthening the company’s market position. You will oversee key accounts, inspire the team to achieve ambitious goals, and collaborate with all departments to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives. You’ll combine your expertise in sales with a commitment to fostering a culture of excellence, motivation, and teamwork.
Your ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement innovative strategies will be instrumental in driving success. You will work closely with senior management, contributing to marketing and revenue efforts, ensuring sales goals are consistently exceeded. As a Sales Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and CEO, keeping them informed of key performance indicators and strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and manage relationships with key clients and partners through proactive communication, including in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails.
• Actively seek new business opportunities, targeting corporate, government, and entertainment sectors according to the company’s strategy.
• Organize and conduct client meetings and property tours to promote services and build partnerships.
• Negotiate corporate contracts and manage relationships to ensure long-term success.
• Attend networking events and industry-related conferences to promote the company and build a strong market presence.
• Collaborate with marketing, revenue and operations to ensure a seamless customer journey and to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and provide detailed sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership.
• Manage and update client profiles and databases to ensure accurate information is readily available.
• Work closely with other departments to coordinate the execution of services and ensure client satisfaction.
• Protect the company’s reputation and ensure client satisfaction at all times.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales management role, preferably within the accommodation or hospitality industry (hotels and/or apartment companies).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience analyzing market trends and developing successful sales strategies.
• Hands-on experience working collaboratively with marketing and operations teams.
• Previous experience in a position such as Sales Manager or Key Account Manager is required.
• Fluency in Hungarian and English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to report to senior management and provide regular updates on sales performance and strategic initiatives.
