Sales and Marketing Administrator

Sales administration:

• General monitoring of the sales process, maintenance and updating of data in the CRM and SAP system.
• Sending quotes with technical content prepared by sales/service engineers.
• Receiving, accounting and distributing incoming parts and instruments.
• Invoicing of sold products, online submission to the Tax and Customs Administration.
• Sending payment reminders.
• Checking incoming supplier/partner invoices.
• Supporting the work of sales specialists, checking their administration.
• Continuous use of CRM Sales, keeping it up to date, monitoring it.
• Handling incoming calls and emails, orders, communication with customers.
• Handling and organizing sales documents.
• Other office and administrative tasks

Marketing coordination:

• Support and organization of non-professional programs of events.
• Assist salespeople with marketing tools (e.g. newsletter, market research).

• Administrative/marketing/business education and know-how.
• Experienced in administrative or marketing role preferably in technical sales or service-oriented environments.
• Preferably experience with SAP.
• Excellent PC skills.
• Native Hungarian.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally on the phone.
• Excellent time management, strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
