- Lead a team of accountants/specialists in Record to Report (RTR).
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Support audit reviews and address escalations.
- Manage period-end and year-end closing schedules.
- Oversee the accuracy of financial data and transaction processing.
- Contribute to process improvements and foster innovation.
- Mentor and manage accountants and process specialists.
- Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues and other hubs.
Elvárások:
We're looking for you, if:
- You have 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in RTR or multinational Accounting, including team management/coordination.
- You have a relevant accounting qualification etc. CPA, ACCA, IFRS certificate.
- You're experienced with modern Finance/ERP systems (Oracle Cloud preferred).
- You have a solid understanding of IFRS.
- You have strong English skills (other European languages are a plus) and you’re comfortable working with different accents.
- You possess excellent communication skills with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- You're a strong leader with a collaborative approach.
