Responsibilities

  • Supporting the daily operation of the Reservation Department
  • Handling general administrative duties
  • Registering individual and group bookings
  • Responding to incoming emails and phone inquiries
  • Recognizing potential upselling, business opportunities
  • Maintaining continuous contact with other departments

Requirements

  • Relevant work experience in Hotel Reservations is considered as advantage
  • College/university degree in relevant field is considered as advantage
  • Proficient command of English and Hungarian languages
  • Digital proficiency is a must; Opera PMS System knowledge is considered as advantage
  • Guest satisfaction and quality focused work-attitude
