Tasks & Involvements:
- Supporting the daily operation of the Reservation Department
- Handling general administrative duties
- Registering individual and group bookings
- Responding to incoming emails and phone inquiries
- Recognizing potential upselling, business opportunities
- Maintaining continuous contact with other departments
The Ideal Candidate:
- Relevant work experience in Hotel Reservations is considered as advantage
- College/university degree in relevant field is considered as advantage
- Proficient command of English and Hungarian languages
- Digital proficiency is a must; Opera PMS System knowledge is considered as advantage
- Guest satisfaction and quality focused work-attitude
