As a Recruitment Specialist you will manage end to end recruitment processes, local- and global projects and will be responsible for employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Drive full cycle recruitment processes in different countries in close cooperation with the hiring managers
- Supplier (agency) management
- Direct sourcing, efficient usage of different channels and portals
- Contribute to continuous development of the team's processes, templates and tools
- Taking part in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities
- Cooperation with the HR Business Partner(s), Marketing/Content Specialist(s), Employee Services and Compensation & Benefits teams
- Attending hiring days, job fairs and other external events
- Report and present the status/results of the relevant processes to stakeholders
- Train, coach and support hiring managers
- Finding and using new online and offline channels to target suitable candidates
- Taking part in local- and global projects
