Purchasing Specialist

• Manage inquiries and evaluate supplier quotes.
• Coordinate production material requirements.
• Track order confirmations and delivery status.
• Process internal material requests.
• Negotiate prices and terms.
• Support material and logistics management.
• Monitor delivery timelines and communicate with suppliers.
• Verify supplier invoices and process payments.
• Maintain supplier and item information.

Personal Requirements:

• Knowledge of international purchasing in a manufacturing company, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Professional and strong communication skills when interacting with suppliers.
• Fluent in Hungarian and English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Education:

• Successfully completed commercial training with relevant further education or comparable qualifications.

• Gained initial professional experience in purchasing, particularly in an international environment.
• Desirable experience with the Oracle EBS module.
• Proficient in MS Office.
