Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support for real estate facility management, maintenance & investment
- Recording financial data into the financial reporting system
- Managing & solving the tenants daily "challanges"
- Supporting the legal documentation/contract of the business, among the different parties
- Administrative support to the local Business Unit Manager & acting in liason with the foreign HQ of the business
- Suppporting marketing communication related tasks
- Engaging in projects targeting to improve the property’s cleanliness and aesthetics
- Acting in liason with the foreign HQ and the local business
Requirements
- Understanding basic legal, financial and operational aspects of property management
- Basic knowledge of the Hungarian Real Estate market
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding administration, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Precise and detail-oriented behaviour
- Fluent in English, native Hungarian
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- minimum 5 years of related work experience
Nice-to-have
experience in real estate or facility/property operation
