Project engineer / 项目工程师

• Project Management and Execution: plan projects, develop detailed project plans, ensure smooth project progression according to the plan, and promptly address any issues or risks that arise during the project.
• Technology R&D and Support: collaborate with headquarters based on project requirements to complete design schemes, process plans etc., ensuring that product performance, quality, and reliability meet the required standards.
• Document Management and Reporting: collect, organize, and archive project documents, prepare regular project reports, and report project status to department managers and relevant leaders.
• Risk Management: identify project risks, assist in formulating risk response measures, and mitigate the impact of risks.
• Independent Handling of Emergencies and Communication: be able to independently handle urgent matters and communicate effectively with other departments.
• Other Assignments: complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Fluency in Chinese and English or Fluency in Korean and English.
• Experience in manufacturing and production, with the ability to use standard office software.
• Proficiency in various project management tools, including Gantt charts, Critical Path Method (CPM), PERT charts, risk management tools etc.
