Responsibilities

  • Preparation and updating of production plan
  • Processing customer orders based on SAP data
  • Continuous monitoring of changes in customer orders
  • Weekly planning of production of specific product types
  • Ensuring optimal capacity utilization
  • Liaising with the warehouse
  • Handling logistical complaints
  • Close cooperation with the materials management area
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Checking and reconciling delivery discrepancies
  • Carrying out administrative and organisational tasks relating to the purchasing of goods, meeting deadlines (preparing and sending orders, coordinating purchases, managing supplier's documents)
  • Data entry and maintenance of data in the systems
  • Preparing statistics, reports and analyses on suppliers, keeping records

Requirements

  • At least secondary school education
  • At least 2 years of experience in production planning or relevant position
  • Experience in planning parallel production batches
  • Experience in parts procurement and freight forwarding management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Skilled in the use of company management systems (SAP an advantage)
  • Negotiation-level knowledge of English
