Production manager

• Organizing work on the production site and ensuring the implementation of production plans.
• Preparing detailed production activity reports based on established KPI indicators.
• Preparing and managing budgets for production operations.
• Resolving and addressing production issues, including equipment malfunctions and supply chain disruptions.

• Work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Ability to collect and analyze data, prepare reports, and work effectively with numbers.
• Fluent communication in English and Hungarian.
