- Co-lead the creation and implementation of global supply chain planning processes and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define end-to-end planning workflows and establish best practices.
- Partner with IT to optimize planning systems and integrate planning tools.
- Develop and lead a team of planners.
- Oversee the development of short, mid, and long-term supply plans.
- Direct inventory execution strategies, monitor inventory levels, and manage supply chain risks.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and warehouse teams.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report to senior management.
Követelmények
We're looking for you, if:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- You have 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or inventory management.
- You speak English fluently.
- You possess experience with SIOP demand and supply planning.
- You are proficient in S4/Hana/APO/IBP (or similar systems).
- You have proven ability to build strategic plans and lead cross-functional teams.
- You excel in talent development, conflict resolution, and fostering a culture of operational discipline.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- You are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
