Your new role
- Prepare and issue the master schedule for the assigned developments including all milestones for launch, pre-design, design, tender and award, construction, and handover.
- Participate in the preparation of the control procedures and prepare dashboards for progress monitoring of all disciplines.
- Evaluate the status of each deliverable and update reports in various formats.
- Collaborate with project managers and department heads to allocate resources effectively based on project requirements and priorities.
- Monitor project performance against established plans, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Lead the critical issues meetings with the development, design, tender, construction, and handover.
- Follow up on the Government relation department for utilities letters issuance with respect to the clients’ handover dates.
- Follow-up all permit approvals schedules are obtained for the smooth execution of the works according to the planned dates to avoid delays.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor Degree Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar, providing project management for major projects.
- Solid experience in planning or a similar role within the real estate or construction industry.
- Active English language knowledge
- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience directing complex solutions for architectural and master plan projects.
- Managing and supervising a creative and technical team with extensive supervisory experience (including leadership, team building, and delegation).
