Responsibilities
The personal assistant is responsible for organizing the daily schedule of the Ambassador and the mission’s diplomats, managing their correspondence and meetings, and ensuring the smooth operation of the secretariat. She/ he deals with maintaining relationship with Hungarian, Slovenian, Croatian and Montenegrin ministries, NGOs and academics and composing reports. The personal assistant organizes the Embassy’s events, attends briefings and events on behalf of the Embassy. She/ he is providing assistance in consular work and handles communication with Hungarian state and local institutions.
