Personal assistant

Responsibilities and duties

• Provide personal assistance to the Managing Director and to the Management
• Management of executive calendars: coordinate and schedule meetings (online as well) and other events both within the company and with partners
• Maintaining contact with colleagues, different departments within the company, business partners, external organisations and authorities
• Administration of business travels
• Translation of business documents
• Perform filing and data recording
• Reception of Clients and Guests
• Daily administration tasks and postal administration

• College or university degree (hospitality or hotel management faculty is an advantage)
• At least 4 years experience in an administrative position
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Fluent in Hungarian
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Excellent problem solving and conflict management skills
• Clear moral background
