• Managing HR administration for GSA region
• Managing the hiring process from contract creation to onboardingCoordinating and administering termination and offboarding activitiesMonitoring contract end dates and probation periodManaging documentation related to employee life cycle management (preparation, collection, validation, archiving)

• Ongoing university studies (active student status)
• Understanding of HR process and activitiesEnglish and German knowledge in advanced level
