Responsibilities include developing the company’s LEAN strategy, leading improvement projects, engaging employees in efficiency-enhancing programs, defining and tracking key corporate metrics, and creating and overseeing necessary action plans. We are looking for a professional with an analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of relevant experience in an internationally owned manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong leadership and change management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Lean and continuous improvement mindset is an advantage

The ideal candidate is agile, results-oriented, hands-on, and confident in both written and spoken English. Strong operational and leadership skills, the ability to initiate, implement, and follow through on changes, as well as strategic and operational thinking, are essential. The candidate must communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
