Responsibilities

  • Creates detailed drawings and models according to engineering specifications, CAD, and PCB design for Cell Connection Unit
  • Perform Design for Manufacturability review of customer data for mechanical accuracy to requirement.
  • Reviews and analyzes engineering design models, customer requirements, and supporting documents to design for assembly and test.
  • Communicate with customer, sales, and internal engineering staff to address and resolve design challenges.
  • Prepare copies of drawings for use in injection moulding and sheet metal processing fabrication

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Knowledge of Injection moulding and sheetmetal processing techniques required.
  • Proficient in use of CAD including solidworks, autocad,
  • Previous experience working with global teams preferred.
  • Ability to work on their own without direct supervision
  • Some travel to customer and Amphenol sites required.
