Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with the brand group's long-term goals.
  • Implement brand marketing plans to meet established objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities, including innovative concepts or services, to drive revenue growth.
  • Work with the Development team to define optimal product features that will attract target markets.
  • Ensure all brand communications are consistent with guidelines, maintaining quality and achieving set objectives.
  • Leverage competitive intelligence to capitalize on market advantages and mitigate potential weaknesses.
  • Oversee the brand's financials to ensure the annual marketing budget is adhered to and expenditures deliver maximum ROI.
  • Initiate purchase requisitions for brand-related activities.
  • Create campaigns to maximize exposure for new product launches and enhance brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and PR firms to ensure timely execution of marketing activities, adhering to brand guidelines and effectively reaching the target audience.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in brand development and P&L management.
