Logistics Coordinator JIS / JIT

As Logistics Coordinator (JIS/JIT), guarantee the correct provision of dataflow from customer to plant and prepare data for the assembly line. Maintain JIS material master data and compare or correct customer’s LAB, TOD, JIS-Call Offs, EINMOD, Re-Order and ASN for our Kecskemét plant.
 

• Cover all Just-in-Sequence related tasks in connection with production scheduling
• Monitor customer LAB, TOD, JIS-Call Offs, EINMOD, Re-Order and ASN and customer order dataflow EDI-SAP-PCS.
• Coordinate with customer and IT to solve any error messages immediately.
• Perform SAP control of changes (alternative components etc.) as well as SAP maintenance/extension of BOM and variant lists.
• Maintain the Build-Code overview lists.
• Create statistics of call-offs, forecasts as well as variant overviews and transfer data for reporting purpose.
• Support the processing of special products (e.g. pre-series, re-order etc.).
• Realize system relevant changes (internal sequences, assigning and changing order statuses), provide a system wise support to the production department in case of emergency situations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Management, Industrial Management, Operations Management, or equivalent
• Min. 3 years of experience in supply chain or material planning, familiar with ERP system and APICS certification or CPM
• Min. 10 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment working in the material and logistics area
• Proven ability to communicate and excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and under stress
• Profound PC skills (MS Office) and ERP skills
• Working proficiency in English
