Logistics Coordinator – CEE

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Market Logistics Coordinator responsible for the efficient planning and organization of warehousing and distribution activities across the CEE region. This role involves managing third-party service providers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, and maintaining operational efficiency. The coordinator will act as the primary contact for providers and internal teams, focusing on continuous improvement and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily customer order fulfillment and import processes.
• Manage packaging material procurement and inventory transfers.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through reconciliation and cycle counts.
• Oversee storage and handling of various goods, including hazardous materials.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Implement and monitor performance metrics, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Handle budgeting and expense control for logistics operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in supply and logistics management.
• Fluent in Hungarian and English.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office; APICS or Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed.
