Tasks:
Your Key Responsibilities:
Design manufacturing cell and layout
Optimization of the manufacturing processes
Create quick changeover (SMED) analysis
Cycle time measurement for production lines and equipment
Implementation of 5S principles in machine related topics
VSM/VSD creation
Implementation, launch and develop of LEAN approach
Create capacity calculation and maintain capacity analysis to machine/cell
Support the stuffing planning in the production area
Create efficiency analysis, lead productivity improvements
Coordinate projects related to value stream planning
Your Qualifications:
Experience in working with MS Office
Command of English Language
University degree in engineering
Minimum 3 years relevant professional experience or LEAN engineer experience
Experience in project management and system approach
Experience in automotive industry (advantage)
SAP knowledge (advantage)
Six Sigma Knowledge (advantage)
