Responsibilities

  • Maintaining close contact with key Modern Trade/DIY stores' central purchasing departments, adding value to sales representation.
  • Creating strategic partnerships with commercial partners.
  • Preparing and executing annual sales plans.
  • Negotiating annual framework agreements.
  • Developing product displays and assortments in stores.
  • Managing the placement of FISKARS products in the trade marketing field.
  • Business development in the Modern Trade channel.
  • Establishing, analyzing, and expanding assortments.
  • Collaborating with the commercial representative team.
  • Preparing and monitoring sales forecasts.
  • Analyzing results and preparing reports for management.
  • Reporting on Key Account Manager (KAM) activities.
  • Conducting market and competitor analysis.

Requirements

  • Hungarian & English speaker 
  • Experience in Sales in the industry 
  • Computer skills
  • Active driver
  • Social skills
  • Knowledge Microsoft Office (advanced Excel incl. Power BI)
