Our multinational partner, who is a leader in educational organising solutions, is looking for a talented professional to join its growing project.
If you have gained experience in adult or dual education and related planning, have a degree in pedagogy or andragology, speak English or German, and have a good eye for effective education, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
 The job

• Consulting: Keeping contact with the directors of educational institutes.
• Management & optimisation: developing a business plan and optimising it for success.
• Reporting 
• Development of strategies together with the board & development and implementation of an action plan based on the strategic directions
• Lead instructors
• Network of collaborators: building and operating the relationship with the partners who can be included in the trainings

 About you

• Excellent communication skills in English or German, both written and verbal. 
• Hungarian citizenship
• Master-level degree in pedagogy or andragology
• 5 years experience in a similar role 
• 3–5 years experience of a teacher / trainer
• Strong MS Office and general IT skills
• Self-management skills, taking initiative and influencing decisions through others
• Must be attentive to details, innovative and with strong prioritisation and communication skills
• Project management experience is a plus
