Investigation and troubleshooting of reported errors
Management of various IT tools
Installation of updates
Management of licenses
Management of WIFI and LAN systems
Automation of back-up procedures
Support of pedagogical and administrative staff
Managing the repair and maintenance of equipment
Preparation of IT equipment purchases for tender
Monitoring the security of the ISD network
Management of firewall settings

Requirements

Proficiency in operating Google Cloud solutions
Fluency in English, both verbal and written

Nice-to-have

Proficiency in Google Cloud solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft, Apple systems
