Are you a strategic communicator with a passion for shaping corporate reputation on both national and international levels? MOL Group is looking for an experienced International PR Lead Expert to drive internal and external communications, manage media relations, and support PR campaigns that enhance our global presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft compelling PR content, including press materials, presentations, and internal communications for Hungarian and international audiences.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hungarian and international media, acting as a spokesperson when necessary.

Manage and execute PR campaigns, ensuring alignment with MOL Group’s corporate strategy.

Lead crisis communication efforts, handling sensitive issues with professionalism and strategic foresight.

Support MOL Group’s Operating Companies with PR content creation and communication oversight.

Research and implement best practices in PR to improve communication efficiency and impact.

Provide communications support for senior leadership, tailoring messaging for key stakeholders.

Play a key role in shaping MOL Group’s PR communication strategy and messaging.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: University or college degree.
• Experience: 5-10 years in public relations, corporate communications, or media relations.
• Skills:
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling ability.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • International mindset with adaptability to diverse cultural contexts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Hungarian.
• Tech Proficiency: MS Office, internet research.
