Tasks / Feladatok
- Project Management Process maintenance, improvement, and deployment for SW and HW customer projects
- Manage internal improvement projects
- Prepare and present demos, presentations about its progress
- Ensure that the Project Management Process is compliant with internal, industrial and project management standards (A-SPICE, PMI)
- Support the Project Managers to be conform with the tkp Project Management Process, hold trainings
- Support PMO activities (e.g: project monitoring, portfolio management, communication, etc.)
Requirements / Elvárások
- BSc or MSc degree in engineering, economics, management or IT field
- Work experience in automotive industry / IT field / management related field
- Work experience in process development and PMO is advantage
- Strong competence in both Agile methodologies and traditional Project Management
- Knowledge of industrial and Project Management Standards (A-SPICE, PMI)
- Advanced verbal and epistolary English skills
- Advanced user level Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word skills
- Microsoft PowerBI / AI skills are advantage
- Good communication skills and ability to work on own initiative
- Team-worker ability, creativity, preciseness
- Good analytical, systematic and problem solving skills
- Good presentation skills
- Multitasking skills
