Our partner in the financial sector is looking for a new HR Manager who will be responsible for the leadership of the HR team and the support of the business needs.

• Alignment of the human resources goals with corporate objectives

• Planning, managing and reviewing structural changes for the organization

• Stakeholder management - keeping in touch with business leads

• Leading and motivating HR team 

• Monitoring and managing HR processes

Elvárások / Requirements

• Previous experience in all employee-related processes

• People management experience

• Fluent English knowledge

• University degree (preferably in the field of Economics / HR)

• Strong communication skills
