• Alignment of the human resources goals with corporate objectives

  • Planning, managing and reviewing structural changes for the organization

  • Stakeholder management - keeping in touch with business leads

  • Leading and motivating HR team 

  • Monitoring and managing HR processes

  • Reporting to the HR Director

 

  • Strategic support of recruitment, L&D, organizational changes, HR Business Partnering 

 

Elvárások:

  • Previous experience in all employee-related processes preferably in an HR Manager role

  • People management experience

  • Fluent English knowledge

  • University degree (preferably in the field of Economics / HR)

  • Strong communication skills

  • Proactive attitude
