Job OverviewThe Head of Sales for Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Hungary is responsible for executing the company’s customer-centric sales strategy, driving business development, and strengthening relationships with Mercedes-Benz HU (MB HU), dealers, and customers. The role also includes cooperation with relevant departments on product, process, and campaign management to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with the strategic framework of Mercedes-Benz Mobility and Mercedes-Benz Cars & Vans.
Sales Strategy & Execution- Developing and implement local sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Optimizing market penetration, pricing strategies, and risk management.
- Collaborating with marketing, insurance, and operations teams.
- Maximizing sales channels and optimize product offerings.
- Analyzing performance data and adjust strategies to meet ambitious targets.
- Identifying business growth opportunities and foster partnerships.
Sales Management- Overseeing sales and profitability across new and used vehicle segments, including dealer financing.
- Manage dealer, customer and stakeholder relationships and implement incentive schemes to enhance performance.
- Lead complex negotiations and resolve high-level issues with dealers and customers.
- Work closely with the Campaign and Marketing Manager to ensure effective campaign implementation.
- Leverage digital tools to improve sales pipeline and streamline processes.
Products, Processes & Campaigns- Partner with internal teams to refine product offerings and campaign strategies.
- Implement digital tools and streamline processes to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure dealer teams receive comprehensive training on MBFS products and campaigns.
- Supervise the pricing strategy to offer competitive products while balancing profitability considerations.
- Work with Campaign Management team to optimize financial offerings, ensuring alignment with market demands and business goals.
MB HU, Dealer & Customer Relationship Management- Build strong relationships with MOC, dealers, and key customers.
- Ensure joint alignment on KPIs, strategies, and initiatives.
- Regularly engage with dealers and stakeholders to strengthen partnerships.
- Representation of the company and maintaining a strategic presence at points of sale and industry events.
Leadership- Lead diverse teams, both onsite and remotely, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Provide continuous feedback, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Promote corporate values and drive cultural initiatives.
