Group Environmental and Business Support Expert
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Group Environmental and Business Support Expert to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing environmental protection-related internal and external reporting, supporting the implementation of the Group’s Environmental Protection strategy, and providing HSE support to Group and local OFS organizations/companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute environmental protection programs.
- Prepare regular environmental and business performance reports.
- Coordinate the annual environmental data collection for non-financial reporting.
- Plan and coordinate environmental-related tasks for Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) compliance.
- Provide Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) support for Group and local OFS organizations.
- Follow up on the implementation of annual HSE action plans.
- Monitor environmental legal non-compliances and related business plans.
- Support the preparation and execution of OFS annual HSE action plans.
- Contribute to Group-level knowledge management, communication audits, and reporting.
- Monitor incident reporting (environmental and US/OFS related) and follow up on corrective actions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Relevant university/college degree in Environmental Management, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in environmental management or a similar role.
- IT Skills: General IT proficiency.
- Language: High proficiency in English (working language).
