GBS PEOPLES SERVICES Cluster Lead is looking for Time to Payroll Trainee, Germany, For PEOPLES SERVICES, GBS will be covering the following areas of the process:

  • Handle day to day benefits, time and payroll activities
  • Support employee queries

The Time to Payroll Trainee reports to the GBS PEOPLES SERVICES Cluster Lead. The position will work closely with the Employee and External Life Cycle Specialists and also HR, Legal, Compliance, Digital, third party providers.

Join Sanofi as the GBS A2R Global Tax Accounting Lead in Budapest, a dynamic role driving global tax process optimization within the Consumer Healthcare (CHC) division. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to shape tax processes across multiple hubs, ensuring consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement globally.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global tax compliance: Define and implement tax compliance processes, ensuring alignment with CHC Tax team.
  • Drive process harmonization: Standardize tax accounting operations across regions, working with hub and local and teams to capture and improve country-specific processes.
  • Boost performance: Monitor tax compliance and risk mitigation, ensuring global adherence to tax regulations.
  • Collaborate & innovate: Partner with Master Data teams and Digital Solutions to automate and refine tax reporting, improving efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in tax accounting with focus on VAT, CIT and Withholding Tax preferably in a Shared Service environment.
  • Expertise in SAP R3 / S4HANA, IFRS, and deferred taxation.
  • Strategic mindset with strong process and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English
