The Financial Service Center of MOL Group, MOL GBS Hungary, is looking for a colleague for the position of

PROCESS AUTOMATION DEVELOPER – VBA, RPA, POWER PLATFORM

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Delivery of automated process solutions to MOL Finance teams, as a member of the Process Improvement & Automation team.
• Building on your technical skills (VBA, RPA, Power Apps, Power Automate) you will be responsible for mapping, designing and developing the automated process, together with finance experts.
• The developer role requires relevant finance/business process and technical experience that serve as good basis for creating digitally transformed processes.
• This role also comes with visibility to management, stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• You will be part of an enthusiastic team of 8-10 automation experts (VBA, RPA, Power Platform, BI reporting) and project managers.

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

• Degree in Computer Science / Economics and/or Finance
• 2-3 years’ experience in process automation using VBA, RPA tools and (or) Power Apps, Power Automate
• Ability to work individually on process automation developments from planning to delivery of the running solution
• Experience of project management or project work is a great advantage
• Experience in finance process analysis, design, and implementation is a great advantage
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Open mindset and ability to learn and self-develop in using different digitalization/process automation tools
