Responsibilities
• Full professional management and control of the company's accounting, financial, controlling activities;
• Carrying out the full range of tax duties of the company, preparing tax calculations and declarations, advising in tax issues;
• Follow-up of legal regulations necessary for work;
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management and parent companies;
• Coordination of monthly closing work;
• Supervision of the preparation of the quarterly consolidation package according to IFRS, compilation of the annual report;
• Coordination and professional support of the work of the employees under her/his direct supervision;
• Continuous maintenance and development of the ERP system;
• Management of the financial resources necessary to run the company, cash flow management;
• Maintenance, observance and enforcement of the Company's effective internal regulations;
• Close cooperation with the management, preparation of decisions, professional support of partner departments;
• Active support and coordination of external and internal audits;
• Maintaining contact with parent companies, auditors, authorities.
Requirements
• Advanced specialized education;
• Registered chartered accountant qualification;
• At least 5 years of professional and several years of leadership experience;
• Fluency in English;
• Up-to-date knowledge of Hungarian accounting and tax legislation;
• Knowledge of IFRS;
• Knowledge of MS Office, strong knowledge of Excel.
Nice-to-have
• Professional experience in the economic field of a production/manufacturing company;
• Experience in multinational environment.
• Experience with ABAS ERP system.
