Atalian Zrt., one of Hungary’s leading facility management companies, is looking for a Field Sales Representative to join its business development team. The new colleague’s responsibilities will include conducting on-site inspections to assess the existing or potential facility management services of client facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Direct communication with clients at specific sites
  • Assessing clients' needs, presenting services or products
  • Organizing and conducting client meetings and on-site presentations
  • Preparing and supporting the organization of site visits
  • Answering clients’ on-site questions and solving issues
  • Presenting facility management services and making suggestions for optimization (e.g., improving energy efficiency, sustainability solutions)
  • Collecting and forwarding client feedback and field experiences to sales leaders
  • Actively participating in the tender process and facilitating contract signing
  • Identifying new potential clients, generating leads, and building relationships

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-3 years of experience in facility management (both hard and soft FM)
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Precision and effective problem-solving skills
  • High stress tolerance
  • Positive attitude, strong organizational and communication skills
  • Teamwork with both domestic and international colleagues
  • Technical background
  • Category B driving license
  • English language skills
