Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Field Account Executive to be responsible for selling segment/account products and services within Hungarian territory. You will be focused on identifying new business opportunities and will be a hunting focused role. The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong report and initial relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
The goal is to contribute to growing our business to achieve long-term success.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond and quality opportunities and close business
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns and sequences with prospecting tools
  • Identify decision makers and influencers. Educate prospects on Solera / Audatex solutions
  • Establish relationships with CXO’s and Decision Maker Catalysts
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from qualification to close with high velocity

Requirements

Accountabilities:
  • Achieve target opportunities and pipeline for new business
  • Achieve required outbound call performance levels
  • Achieve revenue objectives and ACV for new business hunting
  • Establish and grow territories through competitive take-aways
  • Own execution of defined territory and account sales strategy
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Field Account Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
  • Experience of Salesforce Service Cloud and Genesys telephony systems
  • Automotive or insurance experience is valued
  • Fluent English required
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a high-growth, transformative environment.
