Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive knowledge of contract(s) scope and form (e.g. variation control), managing the IFM and services to and across the site.
  • Ensure smooth operations of the above services
  • Complies to all HSE regulations
  • Achieving the financial and other KPIs
  • Performance management across teams and service lines, reporting and monitoring of performance
  • Financial management to ensure control of spending and budgets: forecasting, budgeting and preparing month end reports for clients and Sodexo
  • Assume responsibility (with client on site) for contract outputs and management of services against contracted scope of works
  • Evaluate ideas for additional scope of work and additional services and recommend to the client as appropriate.
  • Selling additional services and growth of the contract through innovation and efficiencies.
  • Implement new innovative ideas
  • Everyday communication with partner’s contacts; problem solving, coordination of small projects within site
  • Respect Internal Regulations and ensures knowledge and acknowledgement of these documents by the subordinate staff also.
  • Implement and follow general working procedures specific to the company.
  • Establish and effectively lead a highly capable team who will deliver against the growth objectives
  • Ensuring that HR procedures are followed and ensuring any people related problems are dealt with in line with Sodexo’s policy and procedure
  • Recruit / Train / Maintain / Motivate employees on site
  • Handle all HR related administration

Requirements

  • Facility management experience for more than 5 years
  • Business English language - negotiation level
  • Strong understanding of outsourced contracts and service management for all services
  • Capable of delivering compliance and understanding regulations including the ability to follow Sodexo, client and local site policies and health and safety procedures
  • Contractual knowledge of services sold and implementation of operating standards
  • Ability to engage with service line experts to deliver high standards of service
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills (strong influential, interpersonal and communication skills)
  • Proven experience in identifying new business through entrepreneurial behaviour
  • Proven financial acumen essential with demonstrable commercial experience and business acumen
  • Ability to understand data, spot trend and prepare reports – highly analytical
  • Having a project management approach

Nice-to-have

  • Open to Asian culture,
  • 5-year experience in integrated facilities management environment
  • Facility Management/Project Manager studies / courses
  • Chinese language knowledge – optional
