Tasks / Feladatok

The Scrum Master supports our development teams. They are responsible for ensuring that each team member follows the framework of Scrum. They make sure everyone knows their role and helps coach them through any unclear parts while also guiding larger teams using this method effectively.
In this role, you will oversee and guide scrum teams. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that development teams follow Scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments.

• Work closely with the assigned agile teams and increase of their effectiveness
• Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
• Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes
• Mentoring of internal Scrum Master candidates
• Provides day-to-day operational support and help for development teams including:Vision, Roadmap, Backlog management, Backlog items management (story writing)
• Keep trainings on agile principles, methodologies and tools
• Actively involved in the development of the corporate culture and mindset change

Requirements / Elvárások

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
• In-depth knowledge and practical application of Agile Principles
• Strong interpersonal, networking, communication and facilitation skills
• Problem-solving and conflict management skills
• Experience in using Agile Lifecycle Management tools (JIRA, IBM Change, etc)
• Experience in creating training materials and conducting trainings
• 3+ years of experience for delivery in an agile environment
• 2+ years of experience in Product Owner / Scrum Master / Agile Coach
• Open to new things and technologies
• Active attention, empathy
• Digital innovation experience
• Value proposition and business modell design, knowledge of design thinking techniques and practical application
• Defining agile methodological bases: developing processes and daily routines
• Fluency in English
