Our multinational Partner is looking for an experienced colleague for the position below:

Monitor and control fluctuation rates among Chinese expatriate and local Hungarian employees;
Plan and organize company events to promote team building and integration;
Develop and implement employee retention initiatives;
Coordinate with the Marketing Department to create public materials;
Collaborate with the Human Resources Department to ensure the relevance of services prepared for employees;
Take part in building internal employer brand;
Prepare and submit reports on employee fluctuation control and retention activities.
