Main Duties:
- Ensure an efficient and productive F&B operation.
- Organize, direct and control activities within the F&B department.
- Lead all F&B Colleagues successfully into productive working methods by setting an example and utilising all available management tools.
- Take measures to increase the revenue, to minimalize the costs, and to improve the business results.
- Monitors and takes corrective action as necessary to help ensure that budget goals are attained.
- Responsible for defining the technical and settlement of prices, including menu engineering and all menu pricing alongside the Culinary Director.
- Follow the purchasing procedures strictly including preparing, registering and monitoring the supplier contracts.
- Keep contact with key supplier companies together with the Culinary Director and Purchasing Manager.
- Implement and monitor consistency of food and beverage policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all standard operating procedures for revenue and cost control are consistently utilized.
- Undertake duties of the Duty Manager as dictated by Hotel’s Duty Managers Roster
The Ideal Profile:
- Strong record management experience in the field of F&B
- University or College studies preferably in the field of hospitality
- Proficient command of English and preferably Hungarian languages
- Proven track of experience in F&B outlet concept development
- High level of guest service skills & problem-solving skills
- Professional self & corporate representation
- Up-to-date knowledge of the local and global trends
- Organization and time management skills
